Malin inst\u00e4mmer: &#8221;Sj\u00e4lvdisciplinen \u00e4r det sv\u00e5raste som finns.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Men samtidigt \u00e4r digital kompetens s\u00e5 otroligt viktig f\u00f6r elevernas framtid \u2013 \u201cDet \u00e4r viktigt att rusta v\u00e5ra elever att kunna ta sig an v\u00e4rlden utanf\u00f6r n\u00e4r de slutar skolan&#8230;\u201d. Att bara plocka bort digitala verktyg \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte ett alternativ. M\u00e5let var att hj\u00e4lpa elever att fokusera <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de anv\u00e4nde digitala enheter, utan att skapa ett integritetsk\u00e4nsligt \u00f6vervakningsverktyg.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>En kollaborativ v\u00e4g till l\u00f6sningen med Trelson<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malin och Josefine beskrev Trelsons produktutvecklingsprocess som &#8221;f\u00f6red\u00f6mlig&#8221;. De uppskattade s\u00e4rskilt transparensen och Trelsons lyh\u00f6rdhet f\u00f6r deras inspel under processen. &#8221;K\u00e4nslan var att det man tyckte och t\u00e4nkte togs om hand,&#8221; ber\u00e4ttar Josefine. Vid det inledande m\u00f6tet presenteras en problemformulering om digitala distraktioner i klassrummet av de enheter som \u00e4r menade att anv\u00e4ndas till skolarbete. De deltagande fick utg\u00e5 utifr\u00e5n ett fiktivt scenario d\u00e4r en l\u00e4rare som upplevde problem med distraktioner i klassrummet, kunde anv\u00e4nda sig av Trelson f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre fokus och struktur &#8211; och hur detta skulle kunna se ut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De deltagande fick utifr\u00e5n scenariot m\u00e5la upp en bild av vad verktyget hade kunnat erbjuda f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nst f\u00f6r att motivera l\u00e4rare att anv\u00e4nda Trelson f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 de \u00f6nskade effekterna. Vi tog med de id\u00e9er och tankar och skapade ett utkast i form av skisser som deltagarna fick ta del av vid det andra m\u00f6tet. D\u00e4r fick deltagarna l\u00e4mna feedback p\u00e5 utkasten f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att vi tolkat deras tankar och id\u00e9er korrekt, eller om vi missat n\u00e5got. Utifr\u00e5n det tog Trelson tag i pennan och skissade upp en riklig prototyp som d\u00e4refter presenterades f\u00f6r deltagarna vid den tredje och sista tr\u00e4ffen. V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l var att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 de behov som finns i klassrummen, inte bara att anta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e4r tr\u00e4ffarna var slutf\u00f6rda satte utvecklingsarbetet ig\u00e5ng hos Trelson. I slutfasen av produktutvecklingen lyckades vi skapa en BETA-version f\u00f6r samtliga kommuner som deltog i detta utvecklingsprojekt. Kommunerna har f\u00e5tt m\u00f6jligheten att testa, utv\u00e4rdera och ge feedback p\u00e5 fokusrum innan det sl\u00e4pps till samtliga skolor och kommuner med tillg\u00e5ng till Trelson.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Malin och Josefine ser m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r framtida utveckling, som samarbetsfunktioner, f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka Fokusrums roll fram\u00f6ver.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>N\u00e5gra sista ord<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6r oss p\u00e5 Trelson \u00e4r det avg\u00f6rande att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 de verkliga behoven i klassrummen. Vi vill inte bara gissa oss fram i produktutvecklingen. G\u00f6teborgs Stads och de andra kommunernas engagemang i detta utvecklingsprojekt har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r varit ov\u00e4rderligt. Genom deras inspel har vi kunnat skapa ett verktyg som vi \u00e4r \u00f6vertygade om kommer att g\u00f6ra verklig skillnad i klassrummet.
